To ramp up this initiative, PizzaPlex has formed the Sospeso Collective, composed so far of 5 member organizations. It is a pay-it-forward system in which customers buy “pending” food items for anyone else to claim, no questions asked. “Sospeso”, Italian for “pending,” is another Neapolitan tradition that PizzaPlex wishes to share with its community.
